I worked with Alicia Gamez she was amazing!! When I got there about 9am it was pretty busy in there and I had to wait a few minutes but I didn't mind. When she waited on my she was very attentive and friendly. I took my car in for an oil change and a recall. I also had problems with the driver door not working right. She looked at the door and realized the problem. She looked for a recall and there was not one. She said she had not seen this problem. She asked me to wait and went to talk to a technician. I'm am so glad she did!! They did research and found out that there was a defect in the door and they had to replace the door. She also said it was covered and I didn't have to pay for the work or the door. When I went to pick up the car she explained it would be about 2 week before they door was ready and she would call me. Again she was helpful. If Alicia had not taken the time to talk to a technician and research the problem I believe the situation would have been different and I might have been responsible for the door. Alicia provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond! This type of action shows that she really cares about her customers and she wants to make sure they get good service.
