Not Having Communication with Customer

onLack of communication of status of my car. Had to wait 3 hours for car pick up, got a call 3 hours after to inquire what was the service to be done, even though that was in the confirmation of the appointment, not communication from their end regarding overnight stay due to not finishing car service, and wait 2 hours for car drop off.
