My wife and I purchased two used Minis during our visit. Overall we were happy with our salesman and staff. The dealership was clean and atmosphere pleasant. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I was not informed before signing paperwork that my car (the 2021) only came with one fob/key and that I would have to come out of pocket for a second. Had I known prior to signing paperwork, I would've made that part of the deal and a possible "we owe" from the dealer. I did not find out until I was handed the key to drive it home after a very long visit. I don't think anyone was intentionally dishonest, but finding out I am on the hook for another $600 right off the bat if I want a second fob/key is quite a surprise. I reached out to my salesman about trying to get the second key from the previous owner. He said he would try, but if that didn't work, he could get me a new key at cost. That was a week ago and I haven't yet heard anything back about a path forward.

Update: I spoke with the sales manager a couple of days ago. He said that because my car was CPO, it should've come with two keys/fobs, so I set an appointment to come in next Wednesday to have a new set cut and programmed. Thank you for the response Rose.
