    This was an awesome experience of buying a car. Very friendly sales department, spoke to Anthony told him what he wanted and he made it happened in less than 2 hours. Great environment overall and Anthony sure did showed us what customer service was in a very professional way. Thank you Anthony and I would recommend Cedar Park Nissan to anyone.

    Robert Ballard was awesome salesman. He gave us best quote to lease Nissan Rogue. The car was fully loaded with all the safety features. He explained all the things in very detail compared to other showrooms. We made our decision in just one hr after talking to Robert.

    I've been going to Cedar Park Nissan since it opened. Convenient location to my home. Needed to get my oil changed this morning so I was first in line. Needed an appt but they fit me in anyway. Love their new inspection review process. They send a text and you can see everything on your phone. With maintenance recommendations and videos that explain the work. I ended up getting my transmission fluid flushed and changed, my air filters changed, along with the oil and a free tire rotation. And boy am I glad I did. Driving out of the parking lot and accelerating onto the highway I could tell a huge difference. My truck was purring like a kitten. Nice!!!! Anthony, my service manager, was very nice and knowledgeable. I could tell he genuinely cared about me and my truck as a valued customer. Cedar Park Nissan rocks and I highly recommend them for Nissan Sevice. If I ever buy a new car, I will definitely go there.

    What a great experience. My daughter(19) first carboy after her hand me down finally gave up. We researched for a specific car. Nissan Juke. I really don't like going to dealerships just cause of what we all heard they are not as cheap. Well was I wrong We found the car on Car guru... and so we drove there. We got greeted by I think a awesome sales person. James was very helpful, he made us welcome never spoke down to us like we(2 women) were stupid and did not know anything. He took time to explain everything to my daughter walked her through the progress like she was buying their most expensive car( we bought a used car) he found a great deal for us and found my daughter a car she is gonna love. He went above and beyond to make us happy. Financing with Nissan was fast and easy. James brought her even to the service desk and let them explain how to take care of her new vehicle btw Dealerships are not always more expensive than let's say fast lubes. All around a great experience. Very clean store ... service station ... all the employees seemed happy and friendly very relaxed atmosphere. Big thumbs up. Christiane Painter

    Brought my car in for the first time at this dealership near me that recently opened. Wanted to make sure my vehicle was doing well after 10 years and 75,000 miles of service. I was immediately greated by a friendly advisor who worked to understand my request and arranged for transportaion back home. The dealership kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle through the day, and performed the maintenance needed as I requested. I would definitely recommend this location to others who need service on their vehicles.

    I am commending the wonderful service I received at Cedat Park Nissan. I worked with Ada and the sales Manager . I have to praise them for honoring a promised tint that never materialized when was originally promised as the finance manager and sales woman are no longer there , but Ada and the Saless Manager stepped up and took care of my oil change , tint service approval , recall work and rotation of tires all free of charge and even provided a loaner car . Kudos to a dealership that still believes in providing wow service to its customers . I want to thank you and recommend your dealership to whomever I can , as it's rare to get great service in this onto the next customer after the sale world . Thank you both and please visit this dealer if you are car shopping , Nissan provides the finest value for the money and you will be happy after the purchase . The sales Manager is a square dealing and friendly person , Ada in the service dept. is a new friend and contact . I will buy here again and continue to use them . Sincerely Kenneth Lopez

  • Fooling first-time customer with price

    I visited Cedar Park Nissan on 10/9 for a Murano car. It was my first time visiting car dealership for buying a new car. I choose Cedar Park Nissan because its website shows lowest price of my target car around my region. Before coming, I called their sales manager Antonio and general manager David for their availability. When I come to their place late in the afternoon, salesperson James comes to me. He asked me few questions about the preference for the car and way of payment. I told him I was attracted by the price showing on their website and decide to visit them for test drive of Murano. He told me the price showing on the website is the lowest possible price and may not work if I do not finance with them (I previously told him I will pay cash for the car). He tried to convince me that car dealerships all make money in this way. Later, we did a test drive of the car, and everything goes well. James explained various features of the car for me. After the test drive, James said he will come to find Antonio to give me a price offer. Before he comes to find Antonio, James tried to convince me he earned fixed amount of commission of selling the car and he was on my side to give me best price offer. I expressed I didn't trust his words, and he was unhappy that I had no trust on him. After about half an hour, James finally found Antonio and gave a price offer which is $2,500 more than showing on their website. James explained that since I won't finance with them and the discount is $1,000 less than advised. Also, there were $1,500 dealer-added accessories on the car which they claimed were unremoveable. I felt I was fooled with the price. It took my another 15 minutes to argue I didn't need their "$1,500" accessories. They finally agreed to remove the "$1,500" from the price. Well, it's still $1,000 more than their advised price, and they won't give up any penny on the price. I started to feel disappointed with them and wanted to leave. Their general manager David came at this time to horrify me this price offer is already exceptional, and if I won't make the deal today he will keep increasing the price for me in the future. I felt all their staffs are playing around me to give me pressure on the deal. Finally I left them without signing anything. After arriving home, I found they changed the price on the website to pretend they really wanted to increase price for me. I found screenshot of original prices and sent Antonio and David an email attaching the screenshot and blaming their low-level tricks against me. The next day, Antonio replied me in the morning saying he was out-of-office. Later in the afternoon, a salesperson called me saying their manager approved another $1,000 to make the price matching what I've seen before on their website, and enforced me to sign the deal by the end of that day. I didn't have time and refused them. A few days later, I bought the same car from another dealership with a lower price. This is all my experience with Cedar Park Nissan as a first-time customer. Be careful with price showing on their website. It is something that attracts people to their site and make them have various advantages over the customer. When at their dealership, be careful with salesperson James (who lied to me about price and how he made commission to pretend to be my friend), sales manager Antonio who changed the price on the website after I coming home, and general manager David who horrified me on the future price. Well, I admitted James' professional service of test drives. But when things come to price, stuffs at Cedar Park Nissan will take all kinds of advantages to play with uninformed first-time customer to earn thousands of more money. First-time customer like me should be really careful with them.

    Bought a new car here about a year ago. Since then I have taken it in for scheduled maintenance a total of 4 times. On every one of those occasions the service department employees have been short with me and extremely unhelpful. I will not be returning to this dealership for future service in my vehicle.

    Cedar Park Nissan was a great place to buy a used car. The car was posted on the web. The car meet expectations. It was a real value for the year, trim level, and millage. After purchasing my other car from a high pressure dealership, this was a welcome change. I would recommend Cedar Park Nissan.

    I had only been to this Nissan once and my first time was not bad, however this time was a different story. First I made an appt. For 8:25am the night before to get there only to be told that I would have to wait two hours to get my car serviced. Then I had a coupon for a service that I was told multiple times that Nissan would be able to honor and quoted a price only to be be told after the services were completed that not only was I not able to apply my coupon but the cost of the repair increased by $200 within just an hour. No one ever apologized or informed me that because an error of one of their staff they would try and work with me or honor my coupon at least. Not to mention it seem like another employee tried to work with another customer and provided him plenty of discounts off of his service and really tried to work with him on the overall costs. Too bad I did not get that same treatment. I understand that one of the staff misspoke and told me the wrong information but I expected the company to do better as far as a resolution. It was a good thing I had the money to cover the difference but I would have expected her to correct her mistake before the work was done to allow me to decide if I still wanted to proceed with the services and if I could afford them. No one likes hidden fees.

    The worst experience in buying a new car. Bunch of [non-permissible content removed] run the dealership. Here is how it went... First, the post cars online that is no where to be seen. I specifically went there to see a particular car and I called them before to make sure it was available. When I went there, I was told that it was a Service Car and by mistake it went online. But the sales person Britney said that her manager told her to give me the same deal on another car. That was the first lie. She tried to sell me cars that did not have most of the features of the previous one. When I told her that I would like to get those features, she quoted me a price which was 2K more than the earlier one but with the same features. I was reluctant at first but then decided that I will go for it if it was a 1K difference. She agreed and said that her manager agreed too and showed us the model number , the features, etc. I was happy. She went inside to take a print of the price and came back saying that the car she showed me was not available but she will get me another car with "almost" same feature. Another lie. And the worst one. The other car she was trying to sell did not have most of the features I wanted. It was just enough for me and my wife. So, in a nutshell, they quote price on one car and after agreeing to the price , they tell you that you have to get a different car. Britney, the sales person, was very rude towards the end when she found out that we caught her lie. Would never go back there, ever !!!
