Dealership Sales Review
The worst experience in buying a new car. Bunch of [non-permissible content removed] run the dealership. Here is how it went... First, the post cars online that is no where to be seen. I specifically went there to see a particular car and I called them before to make sure it was available. When I went there, I was told that it was a Service Car and by mistake it went online. But the sales person Britney said that her manager told her to give me the same deal on another car. That was the first lie. She tried to sell me cars that did not have most of the features of the previous one. When I told her that I would like to get those features, she quoted me a price which was 2K more than the earlier one but with the same features. I was reluctant at first but then decided that I will go for it if it was a 1K difference. She agreed and said that her manager agreed too and showed us the model number , the features, etc. I was happy. She went inside to take a print of the price and came back saying that the car she showed me was not available but she will get me another car with "almost" same feature. Another lie. And the worst one. The other car she was trying to sell did not have most of the features I wanted. It was just enough for me and my wife. So, in a nutshell, they quote price on one car and after agreeing to the price , they tell you that you have to get a different car. Britney, the sales person, was very rude towards the end when she found out that we caught her lie. Would never go back there, ever !!!
