Dealership Service Review
I had only been to this Nissan once and my first time was not bad, however this time was a different story. First I made an appt. For 8:25am the night before to get there only to be told that I would have to wait two hours to get my car serviced. Then I had a coupon for a service that I was told multiple times that Nissan would be able to honor and quoted a price only to be be told after the services were completed that not only was I not able to apply my coupon but the cost of the repair increased by $200 within just an hour. No one ever apologized or informed me that because an error of one of their staff they would try and work with me or honor my coupon at least. Not to mention it seem like another employee tried to work with another customer and provided him plenty of discounts off of his service and really tried to work with him on the overall costs. Too bad I did not get that same treatment. I understand that one of the staff misspoke and told me the wrong information but I expected the company to do better as far as a resolution. It was a good thing I had the money to cover the difference but I would have expected her to correct her mistake before the work was done to allow me to decide if I still wanted to proceed with the services and if I could afford them. No one likes hidden fees.
