  • Lack of Explanation in Services Needed

    Was quoted $1500 for changing the lower arm control mount, as bushings were torn. First, they said it was a “safety issue”. Then I asked what would happen if I didn’t change it. They just said tires would wear unevenly. Doesn’t sound like a safety issue to me. Also, no explanation on what the part did, what I can do instead of changing the entire mount (can I change just the bushings, for example?), if this is typical for a car that age/mileage, etc. I’m not asking for discounts, just information. I usually just don’t spend $1500 on such little information like that. Also, I was just in for a complete strut replacement 5 months ago, so I don’t why it wasn’t caught back then, as they were literally looking in that same place the whole time. Prices for other services are just getting so high that I have to seek out an independent mechanic. It’s just not worth it anymore.

    On Oct 6 on my way to Dallas I had to pull over on the access road. When I got back in and drove off I get a message on my dash “no key detected”. I immediately turned around and looked for my key but no where to be found. I started calling to get a new fob and nothing was available going to DFW so I had to back track 50 miles to Cedar Park Nissan. Dylan Green came to my rescue w the ultimate kindness and respect and although it was an expensive situation he made it easy on me. I was back on the road 45 minutes after I pulled in and although Cedar Park is 1.5 hours from my home I will use them because of Dylan

    I booked an appointment with cedar park at the last minute because I was failed by round rock with an appointment. Mason greeted me promptly and was amazing from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and communicated everything action that would be taken. I feel like the battery was a bit overpriced but it fixed my problem. They definitely gained a new customer cause round rock won’t see another dime of my money.

    • I went in for the usual general maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, and thanks to their detailed inspection, I was informed of the immediate repairs needed which I was unaware of. This went unnoticed by me since the vehicle wasn't making any noise or displayed signs of something being wrong. This is my daughter's vehicle, so I'm truly grateful and appreciative of their care.

  • 3 hour oil change

    If I make an appointment several days in advance for an oil change, then the courteous thing to do if the service Dept is “backed up” would be to call or text me before I drive 30 minutes to inform me of a prolonged wait. That wasn’t what happened today unfortunately. I wasted FOUR hours of my day between driving to/from and waiting 3 hours at the dealer. This is terrible customer service- if you can text several times for scheduling, reminders, surveys, etc, then the right thing to do would be to text in this situation.

  • Engine oil and transmission fluid change tire rotation

    Paid for above service. It took about 45 minutes the car was said to be ready tires had not been rotated(the second time this has happened at this dealer) I told them about it and when they took it back to do tires they put them on so tight I can barely get them off with a 4way lug wrench. Which got me to thinking, if I can’t trust them to rotate tires,how do I know they did the rest of the services I paid for. I will be looking for a different place to have the car serviced in the future

    my appointment was at 12pm and I reached on time. Requested for a shuttle ride during the appointment request itself. when asked for ride I was told to wait for 20 minutes but made me wait for an hour. I have not received the courtesy call that the vehicle was ready after the serivicing was performed. I had to call the office to enquire if the car was ready and they told me it was ready, they did not call me to inform this. requested for a ride(pickup) and was made to wait for an hour again for the ride to arrive. overall pathetic service/experience
