by Billfarmer34 on 01/06/2023I have purchased several vehicles and service plans with them though the years. The last 3 years, have been a nightmare. I kept going because I had the premium service package. in my second to last visit they told me I need some work done… (which would be free), but to wait for my next visit. When I came back with two vehicles to get the service done. they informed me that the service contract had expired and I would need to pay for these services. They sent me to the finance department, and was infomed that it was my fault because the date was past the contract. I'll take the blame on that one. However, I was assuming it was the milage on the vehicle. Long story short I feel like they mislead me to not do the work. I will never purchase or take a vehicle here again. This is just the final straw in a long list of inconviences and lies.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Burleson. Transmission Work
by A. Turner on 01/01/2023I wasn't going to have my Lincoln service done with AutoNation but I'm happy I did. Originally was going to take it to a Lincoln Dealership in Fort Worth but never received a call back in the alloted time I was given, so I said forget it.… Brought the vehicle in and needed a new torque converter. Repairs didn't happen immediately and I needed a vehicle for the weekend. I did request to use it but was given a loaner vehicle to avoid further damage since I was paying out of pocket. The following Thursday my car was completed and price was matched to what I was quoted. All in all a good experience other than being down to one car but it worked out with the kids being home for winter break. AutoNation provided good service and also provides me with My Lincoln Access points.Hi, we are pleased to hear you had such a positive experience with us. I met Kimberly Pendley, explained my situation and she went to work on helping me. She found me the best… vehicle for my situation and was very friendly,helpful,knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. On top of everything else she had me taken care of and driving off the lot in my new vehicle in 2 hours! None of the come back tomorrow to sign and pickup. Great experience! I was coming through Burleson from Amarillo & took a chance of looking @ their used vehicles 🚗, I saw this silver encore in the lot & decided to test drive it, Mr Lynch… helped with all the details of the sale. Second time doing business with AutoNation Ford Burleson

I called about a vehicle and he answered the phone and I was at the dealership within the hour test driving a used Ford Explorer. It had JUST been… traded in and as part of the 125-point inspection, there were some mechanical/cosmetic things that needed to be addressed so I couldn't take it home the same day. However, Preston kept me informed on things like parts deliveries and installations so I knew what was going on at nearly all times. My first interaction with this dealership was several months ago when I had to sell an SUV that I could no longer afford due to job changes. I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout that whole process as well, which is what led me to shop there when I was ready to purchase again.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. by romeo&juliet on 04/21/2021Car was towed into Burleson AutoNation 3/30/2021 and not picked up until 4/19/2021. Twenty-one days to repair the rack and pinion. We were told there were 100 cars besides ours that needed service. After contacting Linda in Customer… Relations Matt Masters emailed on 4/2/2021 to confirm that car had not been touched, and a loan car was offered. Email received 4/5/2021 saying technician was looking at our car. The repairs, parts and labor costs were discussed on 4/6/2021. An agreement was made for repairs to be done. Email stating one part had not arrived received 4/12/2021. Part arrived 4/15/2021. Since we were going out of town early on 4/16/2021 the car was not picked up until 4/19/2021. The repair journey was much longer than anticipated. We felt Matt Masters was doing everything within his powers to get repairs completed. Linda provided assurance that our business was appreciated, and tried to convey that our satisfaction was the #1 priority. Without Linda and Matt working together this survey would have received one star. We would recommend the dealer to a friend with the stipulation that they talk to Linda immediately. We are satisfied with the quality of the work performed so far, but definitely feel the time involved was excessive. There never was a timeframe promised, but we feel Matt tried to push the repairs through as much as he possibly could. Price paid was exorbitant but expected at a dealership. Bottom line is that our regular mechanic did not have the tools necessary to make the repairs. We were expecting more than a one day wait, but certainly not 21 days. We were expecting the costs to be approximately $3,000. We were extremely grateful to Matt for working with the estimate to keep it below $4,000. Matt and Linda deserve bonuses for keeping us grounded during the repair journey. The worse case scenario was envisioned. Without Linda getting involved we believe the end result would have been longer. Without Matt treating us like he would want to be treated we believe the end result would have been longer and more expensive.
