AutoNation Ford Burleson

My salesperson, Preston, was kind, courteous and respectful through the whole transaction. I called about a vehicle and he answered the phone and I was at the dealership within the hour test driving a used Ford Explorer. It had JUST been traded in and as part of the 125-point inspection, there were some mechanical/cosmetic things that needed to be addressed so I couldn't take it home the same day. However, Preston kept me informed on things like parts deliveries and installations so I knew what was going on at nearly all times. My first interaction with this dealership was several months ago when I had to sell an SUV that I could no longer afford due to job changes. I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout that whole process as well, which is what led me to shop there when I was ready to purchase again.
