    I do not like giving such a bad review but, I was very disappointed in the service done on my 2015 Mustang Gt. All that was needed was two door latches replaced and it took almost a week. I tried to find out why it was taking so long and… could not get any call back till the next to last day. All they would say is Ford's warranty company would not give my car back to me even though the wok had been done. I went in 3 times just to be able to talk to someone. So very very bad. Bill

    Dropped car off for a recall at 7:30 appointment with Kip. At 2:30, had not heard back from him, so I called to check status. Was told he would check and call me back. At 3:30 wife called back. Fernando answered and transferred her to Kip… and she got Kips voicemail. She waited 10 min and called back. Fernando said he would take care of it and said car hadn’t been looked at, but he personally would drive it in the shop. 10 minutes later Kip called back and said he was busy, but car was in the shop. Linda then called to see what had happened and said she would also look into it. 10 minutes later Linda called and said it was ready. When I arrived (we live 20 minutes away) to pick it up, I was told receptionist had my keys and paperwork. Went to her and ticket was laying inside window. Receptionist went to computer but said Mech was still charging parts. Waited an additional 5 minute and then was processed. Fernando and Linda were helpful. But Kip not polite at all. Again, it was a recall so it didn’t cost anything out of pocket.

    We went in to see what are options were as our lease was to end on 12/30/2020. Craig Parr was Outstanding in giving us our Options and as it turned out the best option was to turn in our 2018 Flex SEL and to purchase a 2019 Flex Limited.,… which was in the color my wife wanted when we leased the 2018, 3 years ago.     Took over an hour to change oil even though I had made an appointment. Also at last two oil changes I was told that I needed a new air filter, I requested a new air filter along with the oil change and they did not change the air filter.

    Bought a new 2018 Ford Edge. Salesman (Mike) was very helpful and worked hard to transfer the car we wanted from another location, answer all our technical questions about the car, and helped verify it could be flat towed behind our… motorhome. Trading in our Ford F350 for this car was easy and relatively quick (not so much from other dealers I have dealt with in the past). Had to haggle a little on the trade-in value of the truck and the price of the car but all went relatively quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership and especially Mike to anyone looking to purchase a car.

    Went in for an oil change, but when the tech pulled it in the shop the check engine light came on. 2 hrs later and 500. 00 i was baxk on the road.

    Great experience with down to earth honesty in my opinion. Made the impossible happen. If you have struggling credit, these are definitely the people to see. Melvin was by far the best sales guy I have ever worked with. And he did all the… work.

    Michael Barrow is one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with, and he made the experience of buying our truck easy. Not pushy, responsive, and attentive to what we wanted. AutoNation also stepped up and took care of an issue after… the sale, which they didn't need to do, but were committed to the right thing being done. Michael insured all of it was seamless, and helped us take care of the item after the sale, which many salespeople try to pass off to others. I can't say enough about the character of Michael Barrow, and his kindness towards customers, whether they buy from him or not.

    No one contacted me about my vehicle. I called and called and never could get ahold of anyone. I left messages and never heard back. I finally had to talk to someone in the sales department who had to go ask about my car. After it had been… there for two days the said the guy who could look at it wasn’t even there. They didn’t communicate that with us so our car just sat there. We have to have two cars with our jobs and they didn’t seem to care. Even when we went to pick it up no one talked to us. My husband had to go look for someone to talk to. I normally don’t write reviews but the customer service was nonexistent here. I hate writing bad reviews But honestly the experience was bad. I still haven’t gotten my car fixed.

    I was greeted promptly and friendly at the Auto Nation dealership by Ann Marie. The work was done and she called to inform me of the details and that the vehicle was ready for pick up. She was friendly and efficient.

    I booked my appointment on-line to have my Ford recall on my passenger-side airbag replaced. I specified in my on-line booking exactly why I needed the Service. I arrived at my appointed time only to be told that no airbags were available… and that one would be ordered for me. Now a month later I have heard nothing. I called the Service Department but had to leave a message. My message stated clearly my name, phone number, and email address as requested. I also stated that I was wanting an update on my Airbag. I called later in the afternoon and again got voice mail. It has now been two days and I have received no call back. I'll go to another Ford Dealer instead.
