Dealership Service Review
I have purchased several vehicles and service plans with them though the years. The last 3 years, have been a nightmare. I kept going because I had the premium service package. in my second to last visit they told me I need some work done (which would be free), but to wait for my next visit. When I came back with two vehicles to get the service done. they informed me that the service contract had expired and I would need to pay for these services. They sent me to the finance department, and was infomed that it was my fault because the date was past the contract. I'll take the blame on that one. However, I was assuming it was the milage on the vehicle. Long story short I feel like they mislead me to not do the work. I will never purchase or take a vehicle here again. This is just the final straw in a long list of inconviences and lies.
