Oil change
by Raymond Levan on 08/20/2021The service personnel are friendly and full of energy. I guess the reason why is because they aren’t really working all that hard. I took my vehicle in to get an oil change yesterday and the attendant said that I needed an appointment… because they want to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. Before when I took it in for an oil change it took about an hour and a half. Which for an oil change it is a long time but without an appointment I can understand that. But today I had an appointment at 9:30 am. They put my vehicle in the bay at 9:37am pretty good so far. I went to check on it at about 10:45am the oil was just finishing draining. It then took the service guy another 30 minutes to fill my vehicle with oil. At 11:19 am my vehicle was finished. Doesn’t seem to be any quicker with an appointment does it. I know it is “free” but I did already pay for it when I bought the vehicle so technically it isn’t free. When something as simple as an oil change takes almost 2 hours to do there is something wrong. Now I noticed on the paperwork that they promised to have the work done by 5:30 pm. At no time when I turned my vehicle in did anybody tell me it would be done by 5:30pm.Problem starter

Broke my jeep
by Cats Blue Jeep on 08/18/2021While performing a routine oil change, technicians over-tightened the oil filter cap. Four to five techs including the service manger could not get it off. They ended up having to replace the oil cooler assembly. Now I am concerned about… the reliability of that repair since it involves removing many other components. They will never touch my vehicle again. I truly hope they get their service department up to the standards of other dealerships in the area.Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. Painless first purchase

From the beginning staff at the location was attentive, professional,… courteous, and informational. They took the time to find me the right deal, and I can only imagine the amount of behind-the-scenes work went into this on their end. The financier was straightforward, honest, and professional. My breaks were squeaking so I wanted to get them inspected. I was told everything was good and that my breaks were… in good condition and no noise. However, as soon as I left the service department my breaks started squeaking again. I’m glad the inspection was free.
