Sadly, still sub-par
by The Disappointed One on 09/24/2021Likes: Shelby was personable. They did (eventually) get my truck running. Dislikes: The website says this phone number for sales this other number for service. Call the service number and what do you get? An automated answering system… that asks you if you want to connect to sales or service. Then you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. No offer for shuttle ride. When you show up to pick up your truck you wait 10 minutes for the employees standing there to finish their conversation before they ask you what you want. Customer service is still in the dark ages at Lithia.Time wasted
by BK on 09/23/2021Made a service appointment to have basic oil change. Called day before and had an appointment. I was told an oil change would be one hour max. I waited over an hour and left because after an hour my vehicle still not ready. I left my phone… number to call when it was ready. Three hours later still not ready. Service writer was not truthful and said they called but no message or missed call on my cell phone. Pack a lunch and dinner if you go to this facility to have your car oil changed. A 30 min service oil change will turn into an all day project.Awesome Service

TAKES LONGER THEN GOVERMENT AID
