Dealership Service Review
Was given appointment time for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 min early, gave my keys and was told to have a seat in the waiting room. One and a half hours later I asked when might my car be ready. I was told that there were 2 cars ahead of me and they would get to mine as soon as possible. No reason why I had been waiting for over an hour w/no info that my car wasn’t being serviced. I did speak to the service manager. He stated that they were missing 2 techs and were running behind. I asked if that was not the reason for the appointments? Having customers wait for hours w/no work being done is not the way to keep customers. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer. Having serious doubts buying from them again if this is the service they provide. I can find a dealer that is interested in taking care of the customers that buy their cars.
