I’ve had issues with this dealership from the began and wish I never bought from them. Service is awful. I took my car for an oil change, which I had to make an appointment for. I set my appointment for 12 and took my car in at 11 and told them I would pick it up after I got off at 4 since they also needed to check on a recall. I never received a call so before I got off work I called them, they told me that they were working on the recall as we speak and that it would be ready at 5. Once I got there I waited for 30 minutes and the manager for the service department (I’m assuming) came up to me close to 5 and told me that my car was ready and that they needed to order the part. I was pissed because I thought the point of me waiting was for them to install the part? Lack of communication. I think the guy sensed my anger and made small talk until they brought my car around. Totally looking forward to going back to that cluster F to have them install the part! :)
