    I have prepaid service and Tire, so I was able to get everything taken care of at once which was nice. I like the prepaid service very, very much. I’ve disappointing service at another dealership in California.

    I just have to say, with money being tight this year, having a deal sent through the mail was a LIFE SAVER! Paying $203 in total,tax included, really saved me many dollars. I love Mercedes Boerne because they always help their customers and make things affordable for the average Joe. Pat is an INCREDIBLE Mercedes rep and I enjoy when I do business with her.

    On a recent trip to Boerne our AC began to go out. It would run for 30-45 minutes then quit. The dealership was nice enough to get us in for service. However, they did not fix the problem. “Could not recreate the problem” and said the ac button had been turned to off. Of course we know where the button is. Of course the problem started again as soon as we got on the road … and worse, they charged us $176 — for a car still under warranty.

    The people in the service department at the Boerne location are great! Today I brought my car in for a service “B” and was met with a friendly greeting. The attendant took me in to speak with a service representative who took time to explain the items to be addressed and a comprehensive cost analysis. I decided to wait for my car in the lounge where they had complimentary snacks and beverages. The WIFI worked fine. The wait time was in line with what I was told. The service representative came to inform me that my car was ready and then explained in detail the charges. I appreciate the professionalism by all members of this service department. I will most certainly return to this location for future services.

    We were shopping for a specific vehicle test drove a couple at other dealerships that were not what we wanted. We were told about one being at this location so we headed up to Boerne. Turns out it was what we were looking for. Jeff took care of us, gave us the space to take lunch break and figure out if this was what we wanted. We got a great deal, great friendly help.
