The people in the service department at the Boerne location are great! Today I brought my car in for a service “B” and was met with a friendly greeting. The attendant took me in to speak with a service representative who took time to explain the items to be addressed and a comprehensive cost analysis. I decided to wait for my car in the lounge where they had complimentary snacks and beverages. The WIFI worked fine. The wait time was in line with what I was told. The service representative came to inform me that my car was ready and then explained in detail the charges. I appreciate the professionalism by all members of this service department. I will most certainly return to this location for future services.
