This dealership makes the car buying experience the way it should be. I told my wife this is the best buying experience I have ever had. They worked hard to find the exact van that I wanted. They gave me the competitive price I was seeking. The service department has always provided great communication and consistency through the years.

  • Horrible service and problems

    Spent a lot of money buying a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk a year ago. With only 13K miles had my oil changed for the 2nd time and just days later the engine light came on with red warnings via the UConnect service. Called the dealership and was told to bring it by for a diagnostic. I took it in on Thurs. Dec 29, 2016. The diagnostic showed the oil pressure sensor was off. I was told to bring it in Mon 1/2/17 am which I did. I was told it should take 1-2 days. They gave me a Dodge Dart with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas! I did not buy a cheap car and no respect of it being gassed up and ready to go. Today is Saturday 1/14/17 and no vehicle! It has been 2 weeks of no timely return calls, being told it was ready Mon 1/9/17 am and just waiting on paperwork then 4:30pm being told they broke the oil pan and have to order one after waiting all day, misinformation and to top it all off now they don't have an engine technician to work on it!

    This review is very long but please take the time to read how a family was treated during the Christmas and New Year's holidays by this dealership. My husband and I purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from Nyle Maxwell two days before Christmas on Friday, December 23, 2016. Our auto loan was approved and we traded in our previous vehicle and took our vehicle home with us. We applied for the auto loan ourselves, and after Nyle Maxwell requested for the funds they were guaranteed to be released within 3- 5 business days. Keep in mind the Christmas and New Year’s holidays that fell in between those 3-5 business days. On December 29, 2016, I received a call from my husband stating that the dealer contacted him that they had not received the funds for the vehicle. I went ahead and contacted our bank and they stated that the funds had been released late evening and like any normal payment it should be reflected on their bank account in 3 business days or less. Please keep in mind the New Year’s Day holiday. On January 3, 2017, I received a call from my husband stating that the dealership had contacted him letting him know that they had not received the funds to immediately return the vehicle. I went ahead and contacted the bank and they informed me that the funds were released on the 30th of December and that the funding department lead had contacted the dealership to inform them that the funds would be received. I contacted the sales representative, Lauren Jones, and had asked her to provide me with an update. After contacting Joe Oliden, Lauren Jones manager, he stated that he justified Lauren Jones's actions, text messages, and harassment toward us. This is what transpired of our conversation via text messages. You look for yourself if this is the type of dealer you want to deal with. Me: Hello This is… my husband called me and informed me that y’all needed the vehicle back.. can you please provide me with an update regarding this matter or can you please provide me with a number on the person that is asking you to continuously contact us regarding the loan? Lauren Jones: your bank has not paid us for your car Me: The funding for the load was released on the 30th… nationwide contacted y’all to inform you(whoever you is) that the loan would be posted in 3 business days to your bank account. The 3rd business day falls tomorrow. Me: Yesterday was a federal observed holiday… Lauren Jones: Ok well it was supposed to be from after y’all signed and everyone is getting very angry Me: It is quite upsetting that for some really odd reason your managers (whoever they are) can’t seem to understand that our loan happened to fall under 2 major holidays and they also can’t seem to understand that banks do observe those holidays. Lauren Jones: That’s really not our problem Lauren Jones: He said 72 hours and it’s been past that Lauren Jones: Way past that Me: 3 business days is what they said Me: Who is your manager so I can contact them? Lauren Jones: Joey Oliden and it’s been 10 days! Lauren Jones: I’m just the messenger Me: Okay thanks. It doesn’t seem like it… Lauren Jones: Sam Levin is the finance director Lauren Jones: We told you that we didn’t want you to pick up the vehicle until we had payment from the bank and this is why Me: There was an agreement that was signed and accepted by whoever requested the funds. They agreed to those terms and conditions. Lauren Jones: Which was Wednesday the 28th Lauren Jones: It’s Jan 3rd. Just bring it back or get the bank to pay Lauren Jones: Please Me: I will contact your head quarters if you continue to harass me. Lauren Jones: You are driving a car that you haven’t paid for! Me: Really? Okay that’s enough. Lauren Jones: I’m pretty sure they will report it stolen which will really such for you. I’m trying to help you out with a little heads up. Lauren Jones: I got your complaint Me: Please stop contacting me.

    Placed a $500 deposit for a Jeep at end of December. Three days later, no returned calls, text or emails. Reached Josh and he would "get right back to me" about the status of my car purchase. Never did attempt to return my call, text or email. Next day I stopped by the dealership unannounced and was told Josh had been "fired." Found him and he stated that vehicle was no longer available. Could have told me several days earlier, but stalled while management tried to find a replacement. After another few days my wife stopped by the dealership and forced them to refund my credit card on the spot. Was told that this happens "all the time." Failed to make things right when given every opportunity. Asked for the document agreement that I signed and was told that that's "an internal document." What a load. Take a lawyer with you to do business with this dealership.

    Easy transaction, fast paced dealership where all employees were working and friendly. All employee enter actions were cordial. The make ready of truck was not perfect. Front glass has something on it that will not come off and the tire pressure was way off.

    I'm pretty sure I won the lottery and ended up with your 2 best employees! Mark Cooper, my sales rep, was awesome, extremely helpful, and seemed like he really cared. My financial assistance guy, Francisco, was also incredibly helpful and took wonderful care of me.

    Everything was great before sale. Not so much after sale. Lots of repairs needed to a new van is not acceptable.

    Tony was great about staying in contact and wonderful to pick us up at the airport. When we discovered minor issues during the test drive he took it right back to service where they took care of it. We flew in so one small part had to be sent to us. We already got it. Great follow through.

    It was fast. I didn't have to spend a lot of time at the dealership. Mr. B in the finance dept. was very nice, helpful and funny! Warren was pushy and argumentative.

    From the time we arrived in the morning till the time of pickup, everyone was helpful respectful and very professional. Joe obviously having a very crazy day that day, still took the time to return our phone calls answered our questions and ensured our concerns by educating us on the recall and providing great customer service. Once we realized we were unable to pickup the vehicle that day, Joe made us feel relieved that we could simply pick it up the next morning. Joe went one step further by making us aware of coupons on line we could apply to repairs made beyond the recall.

    Nik Filipek was very professional and a good listener. He knew that I was a little upset about what had happened with my car and let me vent to him. He made sure I understood the process that the service dept would have to go through (evaluating/repairing etc) before my car would be ready for me to pick up. He had great customer service skills. Blake made sure I was comfortable driving the loaner vehicle that I was provided.

    I drove from San Antonio to Austin to purchase a car. I knew exactly what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. All upfront work was done over the phone so, when I came all I had to do was sign and drive back home. The experience was pleasantly worth the drive to Austin.

    Good atmosphere. Liked our sales person. She tried hard to please but was honest at the same time. I was very happy and I hope to be back in a year to upgrade. I also think your prices are good.

    I called prior to taking my vehicle in and I spoke to Joe in the Service dept. Joe provided excellent customer service, probably my best experience so far. Blake was also very professional and nice!
