Spent a lot of money buying a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk a year ago. With only 13K miles had my oil changed for the 2nd time and just days later the engine light came on with red warnings via the UConnect service. Called the dealership and was told to bring it by for a diagnostic. I took it in on Thurs. Dec 29, 2016. The diagnostic showed the oil pressure sensor was off. I was told to bring it in Mon 1/2/17 am which I did. I was told it should take 1-2 days. They gave me a Dodge Dart with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas! I did not buy a cheap car and no respect of it being gassed up and ready to go. Today is Saturday 1/14/17 and no vehicle! It has been 2 weeks of no timely return calls, being told it was ready Mon 1/9/17 am and just waiting on paperwork then 4:30pm being told they broke the oil pan and have to order one after waiting all day, misinformation and to top it all off now they don't have an engine technician to work on it!
