From RAM to Rubicon

It seems like Management has worked to unify their sales team which makes the whole “purchase journey” seem a little less “transactional”. My… salesperson (Marco P.) really had to get creative to find a vehicle solution with some pretty unique parameters/constraints. I did not drive away in the vehicle I intended (RAM 1500). However, the “solution” Marco/John came up with (Jeep Rubicon) not only got my payment where it needed to be, but turns out to be the more “practical” option long-term. Faster than the competition
by Brian L on 12/12/2024I had a check engine light and I had the code. I tried three different dealerships in the Austin area because I was pretty sure it was covered under warranty. One told me that the code means nothing to them. They told me that I would have… to bring in the vehicle and then at earliest they would take a look to diagnose in 3 days. One has still not gotten back to me and it has been weeks. Alicia at Nyle Maxwell told me it could take 24-48 hrs to figure it out, but she has seen that code. I dropped off the vehicle one afternoon. The next morning I was told the code was verified and they could get it fixed the same day. All in all, my car was seen and fixed in 24 hrs. While this dealership was a little further away from me, I will always come back to Alicia and the team at Nyle MaxwellBrian, we're delighted to hear that Alicia and the team at Nyle Maxwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Austin were able to assist you so efficiently. That Jeep was purchased at Nyle Maxwell in Taylor who also took good care of us. This location had a wider selection and we needed a new… vehicle quickly, so we came here to the 620 location. Cory took good care of us, quickly narrowing down to what we needed that was in our budget. My wife found what she liked and he did a great job facilitating the purchase, and helping us understand the options. The only negative I can say is that the make ready folks could have been a tad more thorough, but in all fairness it was raining so doing the exterior detail was probably more challenging than normal.William, we appreciate your feedback and are glad to know Cory was able to assist you at our location. Waste of Rime and Money
by Shawnty on 07/31/2023I have a cylinder 2 misfire on my 2017 Dodge Caravan which is apparently due to engine block defect requiring engine replacement or rebuild. I am one year out of warranty. Lamb’s Auto did diagnostics and gave me this info in a few hours.… Nyle Maxwell service center took two weeks to tell me the same thing. I had to spend over $500 to rent a car because they took so long. Even though I had informed them about what Lamb’s had said. Also, I had to make my appointment with them several weeks ahead of time. I was able to get into Lamb’s in 2 days. Secondly, Nyle Maxwell service center ghosted me when I asked for an estimate on a new engine. They keep trying to sell me a new car, which I don’t want. So if you have lots of extra time and money to waste, this is the place for you.I'm sorry to read about your negative experience and the inconvenience it caused. Not only did these guys get me in and out quicker than expected, but they seem to go out of their way to show that they care. They have a lot of new cars available to choose from unlike the other dealerships where they do not have any new inventory at all. We made a quick call to inquire if the car we saw online… was available and Warren immediately checked to confirm it's available. Once we got to the dealership, Warren took care of us immediately and made the entire buying process smooth and easy. He's friendly, professional and very helpful! Usually the car buying process is long, exhausting, and not pleasant but that's not the case at Nyle Maxwell especially with Warren. They took care of us at the dealership and I can't stress enough how easy and pleasant the experience was. We definitely recommend this dealership and especially Warren!
