NM JDC Austin is under New Management and it seems to be a more “connected” dealership now. It seems like Management has worked to unify their sales team which makes the whole “purchase journey” seem a little less “transactional”. My salesperson (Marco P.) really had to get creative to find a vehicle solution with some pretty unique parameters/constraints. I did not drive away in the vehicle I intended (RAM 1500). However, the “solution” Marco/John came up with (Jeep Rubicon) not only got my payment where it needed to be, but turns out to be the more “practical” option long-term. Thanks Marco and NM Team!
