by Chuck on 06/27/2020Luis is very good and helpful and got the major issue fixed. this was the fourth time they have tried to fix the button on the seat belt. I give up. Notified them by phone when car returned a couple weeks ago and still no response. Very… minor issue but I was told by others that Mercedes had issues with broken parts which I have experienced with the car. Would never have this car out of warranty. One year left on single pay lease.Chuck, we appreciate having the opportunity to assist you! After further investigation, it's possible that the seatbelt is accidentally getting slammed in the door, causing the button to break. The online schedule and chat features are great and you can personalize what you need with your rep. The staff is always… friendly and courteous. I had a minor bumper issue and an automotive place quoted over $3000 to replace. Brain had a tech looked into it and was able to fix it for $200.
