Great experience with Eddie and the service team.

I had a great experience when I purchased my GLE 350 almost three years ago (after the local Lexus dealership sold the car I pre-ordered out from under me during the Covid supply chain crisis). I would be remiss if I did not update my… review and comment about a recent experience with the service department (March 2025), particularly after negative dealings with another Mercedes dealership.
Eddie explained everything clearly. He did not try to sneak in any last-minute "up charges." He was kind, courteous, and prompt. He kept me informed every step of the way. He got my car back to me quickly and in great working order.
I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you, Eddie and the service team!

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He texted me through out the day keeping me updated on… the status of the work. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and waiting for me. Overall excellent experience.Excellent service!

Not only did he do the work in one day, but he also stayed late so I… could pick up my car after hours, around 6:05. I really, really appreciate what he did, and it made all the difference to me!!! It was completed on time. The inspection also identified a nail in my back which was… removed and the tire patched as well. My very attentive service rep kept me informed as I waited for my car.
