He took our vehicle in and promised they would repair. He called me daily… to inform me of progress and then when service was completed. His service, friendliness and attention to detail was spectacular. Can’t trust these guys for service
by David Austin on 05/31/2024Maxwell ford had our explorer for 7 days to fix the rear hatch latch. When finally it was ready for pickup when we got there one tire was losing air. They said there was no way to fix it and we had to buy a new one for $280. They took zero… responsibility for causing the puncture and pretended that the hole was there when we brought it in. Crazy. Then it took an extra 2 hours of waiting for them to put on new tire that they eventually agreed to pay for. Ridiculous. Service personnel were rude and very disagreeable. This is my second 1 star review of Maxwell and we only go there when it’s the only option. Every time they try to over sell us. First Car Buying Experience Huge Success!
by CWrock2024 on 05/29/2024Buying a car for the first time can be very scary and daunting. I was quickly relieved about how safe and welcomed I felt as soon as I stepped on the lot at Maxwell Ford. The experience only got better when David Terrell took me for a test… drive in the car I would eventually leave with that day. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure I got on the highway to really get a good feel for it. He made the process so easy for me once we got inside to discuss the price and financing. I can’t say how wonderful the experience was because of him! I highly recommend Maxwell Ford for any car buying or leasing needs!! Make sure you ask for David when you get there!Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at Maxwell Ford. Laughable appointment time
by Inconvenient on 05/25/2024I had an appointment at 8am. I got there at 745am. I always get to any appointment early. Because that's what appointments are for. I was told they were busy and it would be about an hour. I understood because it was a holiday weekend. At… 930am. Still nothing. I noticed that people that had come in after me had come and gone. At 10am, I went up to the desk to ask about my car. When he check, he said they had just started it. Are you kidding me! Two hours later is when they started it. All I was having was an oil change tire rotation and cabin air filter change. I had an appointment in North Austin at 11am. So I was not happy at all. At about 1030am, I got my car back. I sped all the way to my next appointment. I made it there 10 minutes late. I had not had breakfast or lunch. My original plan was to eat something in between appointments. Because of the oil change delay, I didn't eat anything until 2pm. My head was killing me. My whole day was blown. I went home to recover. It's amazing how something such an oil service appointment that is scheduled but they choose not to keep it, can wreck your whole day!Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

Great Reliable service

I always use Jackie Woria for my car that has too many miles on it due to my Uber driving and such and she always makes sure that the… car is up to standard's and safety as well which I appreciate all the time. And she always makes the service's cheap as she can and such no matter what the car needs.We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with us and Jackie! Good Sales, Terrible Customer Serivice

I called them about 6-7 times in a 2 week period and left voicemails with pretty much any manager that the front desk… would send me to. Never once had a manager answer the phone nor did they ever return a call! Amazing customer service right?!? Just be prepared to never have anyone reach back out to you unless you go in to the business in person!! Once they make the sale, they will NEVER reach back out to you unless you’re wanting to buy another vehicle from them!
