Laughable appointment time

I had an appointment at 8am. I got there at 745am. I always get to any appointment early. Because that's what appointments are for. I was told they were busy and it would be about an hour. I understood because it was a holiday weekend. At 930am. Still nothing. I noticed that people that had come in after me had come and gone. At 10am, I went up to the desk to ask about my car. When he check, he said they had just started it. Are you kidding me! Two hours later is when they started it. All I was having was an oil change tire rotation and cabin air filter change. I had an appointment in North Austin at 11am. So I was not happy at all. At about 1030am, I got my car back. I sped all the way to my next appointment. I made it there 10 minutes late. I had not had breakfast or lunch. My original plan was to eat something in between appointments. Because of the oil change delay, I didn't eat anything until 2pm. My head was killing me. My whole day was blown. I went home to recover. It's amazing how something such an oil service appointment that is scheduled but they choose not to keep it, can wreck your whole day!
