Andrew Sommerville was our service advisor for a recent problem we had with our Expedition. We had to leave our vehicle late on a Saturday without an appointment. He took our vehicle in and promised they would repair. He called me daily to inform me of progress and then when service was completed. His service, friendliness and attention to detail was spectacular. Very satisfied with the experience.
