Can’t trust these guys for service

onMaxwell ford had our explorer for 7 days to fix the rear hatch latch. When finally it was ready for pickup when we got there one tire was losing air. They said there was no way to fix it and we had to buy a new one for $280. They took zero responsibility for causing the puncture and pretended that the hole was there when we brought it in. Crazy. Then it took an extra 2 hours of waiting for them to put on new tire that they eventually agreed to pay for. Ridiculous. Service personnel were rude and very disagreeable. This is my second 1 star review of Maxwell and we only go there when it’s the only option. Every time they try to over sell us. Exhausting.
