Good Sales, Terrible Customer Serivice

onThe sales team was great, but if you ever need to call them after your purchase, expect to never receive a call back. I called them about 6-7 times in a 2 week period and left voicemails with pretty much any manager that the front desk would send me to. Never once had a manager answer the phone nor did they ever return a call! Amazing customer service right?!? Just be prepared to never have anyone reach back out to you unless you go in to the business in person!! Once they make the sale, they will NEVER reach back out to you unless you’re wanting to buy another vehicle from them! Take this as your warning as a customer…
