Excellent service all around

onOn a Sunday afternoon, my car wouldn't start inside my garage. When I called the service department, I was directed to Honda Roadside Service (my car had 10 days to go on its warranty). They got me a tow to the dealership. I got a text from Chris at 6:30 a.m.; I called him back and explained what had happened. He called me back that afternoon with a diagnosis of what was needed. Some of what was needed was covered by the warranty, some was not. I agreed to having the work done and the car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Every interaction was helpful, polite and professional, so I was very pleased.
