by Jerry on 11/04/2021I had an appointment at 10:30 am to have a state inspection and oil and filter change on my 2019 Honda CRV. As soon as I arrived I was greeting by a Service Tech and my car was immediately taken to be serviced. The Tech was very courteous… and I was told my vehicle would be ready in about an hour and a half which it was. Very satisfied with the service and it was nice to have a free coffee bar with coffee, cappacino and latte to help pass the time.Fantastic Support

I did not have an appointment, but they were able to take care of not only my oil change but service the transmission fluid and take care of the A1,2 service. From intake by Scott to speaking… to Mark about tires, or getting a coffee, all were very friendly, helpful, not rushing me out or pushing services I didn’t need. Would highly recommend! Thank you, Scott and First Texas for a great experience!Thanks Anthony!

Telephone operators (Zoey who booked my appointment and Angelica who later changed it for me to a more convenient time) had perfectly clear telephone voices. Service to my… Honda CR-V was completed satisfactorily and it now drives noticeably better. Technicians Mark and Ivan were very informative and patiently guided me in choosing among options of services. They explained everything to my satisfaction. Waiting areas were clean and comfortable. Tiffany at the Refreshments Bar was helpful and cheerful during my 4-hour wait.Great service!

Communication was quick and they explained everything well, plus didn't try to sell or pressure me into buying a bunch of extra stuff. I truly don't mind. 1st, the expectations given for how long my wait would be was spot-on almost to the minute. I know to bring something to read and… hey, if you miss live music, Trevor's guitar mastery in the lobby will thrill you. He's awesome. There's a coffee bar with lovely staff who will offer you all types of snacks & beverages. And then eventually your car will be ready. Checking out never ceases to amaze me. The price originally quoted was actually higher than the final price. And the best part: hardly any upselling. I'm so worn down from upsetting everywhere but nope, these folks treated me fairly and didn't make me run screaming. I've written similar reviews about First TX Honda before and I mean every word. Really pleasant folks, pleasant environment, no crappy price tag surprises, I'm a happy customer. Oh, and my car ran like a dream afterwards, it was practically purring!what is this?
