It’s evident that First Texas Honda continues to find ways to improve service efficiency, from drop-off to pick-up and communication in between. Jay Jank has been my Service Advisor for many years, and it’s always a happy reunion when I take my V6 Accord for service or maintenance. I never feel pressured with “add-on” pitches. Jay tells me what’s needed now, and what can wait until a future visit. Honesty, trust, peace of mind…these are the things that stand out to me when I bring The Pearl in for service. Thanks Jay.
