No complaints, only praise. Everybody was efficient and polite. Telephone operators (Zoey who booked my appointment and Angelica who later changed it for me to a more convenient time) had perfectly clear telephone voices. Service to my Honda CR-V was completed satisfactorily and it now drives noticeably better. Technicians Mark and Ivan were very informative and patiently guided me in choosing among options of services. They explained everything to my satisfaction. Waiting areas were clean and comfortable. Tiffany at the Refreshments Bar was helpful and cheerful during my 4-hour wait.
