Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

After confirming the required services, he showed the quoted price and gave an estimated time for completion. Since this was over 2… hours, he offered me a free loaner vehicle which was a nice bonus as there was none available when I originally made the appointment. Service took a little longer than the estimated time, but this was no problem due to being given the loaner vehicle. Was called when the service was completed and was able to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle without any significant delay. Price was as quoted, although this was probably not the cheapest that this service could have been done. However, overall experience was smooth and convenient so worth the higher cost.Oil & Tire Rotation

I was able to get an appointment at the time I wanted, while also being able to reschedule due to being sick. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and prompt. It… was a chilly morning and I was able to wait in my warm car for my service advisor who completed a thorough walk-around of my car with me. The loaner car process was quick and straight-forward and I was able to get back on the road within 30 minutes. My service advisor kept me informed throughout the process and even found time for me to come in and drive my vehicle with a technician to duplicate the problem I was having. The technician was courteous and chatted with me during our drive. Overall, I was pleased with my experience, even though we weren't able to duplicate the problem I was previously having.Awesome

They were ready to work with me over email and the phone. They gave me a fair appraisal for my trade in, and a fair price for… my new car.
