Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

I took it to discount tire the same day and they did not find a leak at all. Also you should really wash the… cars after getting service. It really adds to the experience.Excellent Work

The valet helped me walk to the service center, brought me some water, helped carry some of my things and went and… pulled my car up to the curb so I didn't have to walk all the way to my car. Now that's customer service!!Oil Change

I had a family member experience the same issue with their website scheduling. I had to wait… two and a half hours for an oil change on a weekday which was scheduled, but your system didn’t pick it up. My service consultant was excellent and very professional.Always good service at First TX Honda

The attitude of everybody there is great, there is no pressure to buy a car during your visit, they work hard to give the best… cost value for your money and if you contact them later with questions they respond quickly and always being polite Plus they have great promotions.Ms.
