Dealership Service Review
This was my first time bringing my car into First Texas Honda for service. I was able to get an appointment at the time I wanted, while also being able to reschedule due to being sick. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and prompt. It was a chilly morning and I was able to wait in my warm car for my service advisor who completed a thorough walk-around of my car with me. The loaner car process was quick and straight-forward and I was able to get back on the road within 30 minutes. My service advisor kept me informed throughout the process and even found time for me to come in and drive my vehicle with a technician to duplicate the problem I was having. The technician was courteous and chatted with me during our drive. Overall, I was pleased with my experience, even though we weren't able to duplicate the problem I was previously having.
