First Texas Honda

Arrived at my appointment time and was greeted by my assigned Service Advisor (Marty Rex) within 5 minutes. After confirming the required services, he showed the quoted price and gave an estimated time for completion. Since this was over 2 hours, he offered me a free loaner vehicle which was a nice bonus as there was none available when I originally made the appointment. Service took a little longer than the estimated time, but this was no problem due to being given the loaner vehicle. Was called when the service was completed and was able to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle without any significant delay. Price was as quoted, although this was probably not the cheapest that this service could have been done. However, overall experience was smooth and convenient so worth the higher cost.
