Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

I called for an appointment and the appointment specialist was very professional, informative, and easy to talk with. Anthony Herrera was my service advisor and… was very efficient. I was very impressed with the extra services that were done, along with the two recalls. I also was impressed that the recalls were done within 24 hours instead of two days. I like all the correspondence and texting to keep me informed of the service. I appreciate communication and information.Great service

Aaron prompt, prepared, polite, productive and professional, as were the others: female scheduler, mechanic, vehicle loaner, men who received… returned vehicle, processed paperwork, brought my vehicle back to me. First Texas Honda obviously expects quality service from all their employees and trains them well.Steven was great!

At his recommendation I agreed to a change of transmission fluid and cleaning of the fuel system. Because of current social… distancing I asked to pay by credit card remotely. He arranged for it and left the paperwork and key in the car for me to pick up.
