Aaron was excellent, asked for details of problems and had mechanic take me on test drive. Aaron prompt, prepared, polite, productive and professional, as were the others: female scheduler, mechanic, vehicle loaner, men who received returned vehicle, processed paperwork, brought my vehicle back to me. First Texas Honda obviously expects quality service from all their employees and trains them well.
