onVehicle needed routine service and windshield replacement. Service completed expeditiously but windshield replacement is still in process due to insurance company’s refusal to cover OEM glass. Service advisor did a fine job of communicating with insurance company and keeping me informed. Loaner vehicle was much appreciated.
