    They quoted me a great price on the phone,and stuck with it once i arrived. They never tried to add on or bait and switch like some dealerships do. I was in and out of there in 3 hours with my new car! Abraham and Ronnie Pryor ROCK!

    I have never experience such bad service from the finance department. Normally u walk into a dearler or ur online and ask for a quote they give it to you than u apply for a loan and with in a day or two u get an approval then u sign the Paperwork and pick up ur car. In my case it's going on 2 weeks after the approval and I still don't have the car. No one returns calls when u leave a voicemail and u can never get a direct answer. They have my 10,000 and I still don't have a car. The only good thing was my salesman mr peterson. He has been the only one trying to help me

    This dealership is amazing in every way!! To start off, the salesmen were very professional and courteous and there was no "pressure" like some other places. When it came to the purchase of my new Tahoe, I was blown out of the water! No back and forth haggling over the price because they gave me a great deal to and even better, they gave me top dollar for my trade in! I will continue to purchase my future vehicles from this dealership!

    I brought the car in for state inspection, an oil change and service at 90,000 miles. This work was completed, as promised in about five hours. The car has driven better since the service.

    Salesperson Bryan Peterson was fantastic to work with. We agreed upon a good price for a vehicle I found online at a different AutoNation location and it was transported to Austin. I felt like I got a great deal on a very nice used car. I will definitely look at AutoNation in the future when I am in need of another vehicle.

  • Bait and Switch. Deceptive advertising.

    The online pricing is a lure to get you in and it is not honored. We walked in ready to buy only to leave with a terrible taste in our mouths. On their website they had an offer for a Chevy Colorado for 28,999. I even had the sales rep give me a quote with TTL via text and email. When we got ready to sign the papers they pulled the switch and quoted a price almost 1,300 more. Mitch the switch manager completely wasted our time, he was rude, and unapologetic for the false and deceptive advertising. After our experience I had a good look at all the single star reviews on yelp and googlemaps and several people had the exact same experience with deceptive internet advertising and then not having the price honored. They falsely and deceptively advertise to get you in. Don't waste your time on this place.I'm not even going to bother going to another Chevy dealership because it left me so angry.

    Thank you so much for getting us in quickly on a holiday weekend. Your service people were very welcoming and prompt in getting information to us after diagnosing the problem. Our car was fixed that same day so our family did not have to problem solve many transportation issues. We will be back and highly recommend your dealership.

    I was recommended by a co worker, I was approved within the hour, they told me to come on In, staff was so friendly and nice, courtney was so patient, especially since my daughter is going through the terrible twos right now, I was in and out so quickly, I never knew the process could be so quick and easy, Thank you courtney and auto nation chevrolet, for my 2015 car!!

    Everyone at AutoNation is always pleasant and easy to deal with. Nobody likes having to get their car serviced or repaired, but AutoNation makes it as painless as possible. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all to see anyone, the car was fixed when I was told it would be, and the cost was what I was told it would be (and was very reasonable). I was very pleased by what can be, but wasn't, an annoying experience. I would recommend them to anyone. (I bought my car from them two years ago, and would recommend that experience as well.)

    In my search for a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, I began working with Tommy Landoll who was the sales rep who met me in the new car sales lot. From the beginning, Tommy was never pushy or aggressive and made me feel comfortable. He made me feel like the car buying process was on on my terms—when I was ready, and that went a long way with me. Most of all, I appreciated Tommy's patience. It took a few sesrches, but we finally found the right vehicle for me and for my budget. I also owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Ronnie Pryor, the sales manager who bent over backwards to make sure that I left the dealership in the vehicle that I wanted. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime, but this, by far, was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I definitely will be a return customer when the time comes.

    This is my 3rd corvette (over the past 10 years) from this dealership. I have done comparison shopping when trying to trade in and no other dealership has come close to the professionalism, straighforwardness, and fairness they provide to their customers. Ronnie and Brad are always extremely professional and not pushy (which is key in my decision to purchase a vehicle). The 50 mile drive to deal with this dealership is well worth my time and effort!

    We had been car shopping for over 3-4 weeks and were getting nowhere with what we wanted here in San Antonio. My husband and I felt as if we were getting treated like if we were just another sale that they needed to get their end of the month quota. When we found what we wanted at Autonation Chevy in Austin we were really surprised with the response we got from them. They were kind and understanding with what we wanted. They didn't try get us into a vehicle we didn't want they actually took their time and made us feel like family. Even when the SUV we wanted was sold before we arrived we ended up with a better deal than expected. Mr. Bauldouf and Mr. Pryor were very respectful and thoughtful with our choice. We are extremely happy with our Traverse and thankful for the follow up calls and emails it really means a lot and showed they cared about our needs. Thank you so much Autonation!!!!!!!

    Walked into AutoNation without a real idea for what i was interested in. Jay helped me look at a couple of different Tahoes, and was able to take me through some of the different feature/function things that may help me determine what I was looking for, without being pushy or clingy. I eventually continued on my search to other dealers to get different points of view. Once I knew what I wanted to get, I called a number of dealers looking for the Tahoe at the price point. Jay worked with me to find the exact truck (with a couple of extra additions) at a price that was reasonable. Over all great team, and the right selection.

    The dealership had several Equinox's, which is the vehicle I wanted. The other car dealerships that I visited had low inventories and suggested ordering one (10 to 12 weeks.) The salesman at Champion listened to me and found a way to get exactly what I wanted at a great price. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The salesman and the manager at Champion has also followed up with emails and phone calls several times.

    I've been trying to buy an American car for sometime now - especially since the economy's been in recession. But I've had no luck with Chevy or Ford dealers in the Austin area. Champion Chevy. I went in on a couple occasions. I wanted to buy the new Chevy Malibu. Very helpful saleswoman. Went for a test drive, she was very knowledgable. I selected an LT2 Malibu. But when my trade went to their estimator, they offered me a price that was 2/3 of the Edmunds, KBB or NADA lowest price would be. When I pointed that out, the estimator told me that Edmunds, KBB and NADA's information was always old information 1-3 months old, while theirs was always the most current. I had a similar response from a Ford dealership who also told me that Edmunds, KBB and NADA were "just wrong" to mislead customers. Of course, they want us to go for their low-ball trade-in! So, I passed on the Malibu and bought another car. However, when the new Chevy Camaro came out, I went back to Champion to have a look. The same pleasant saleslady was there, but she told me that the dealership wanted $1500 over sticker! They wouldn't even honor my Partner pricing which would have given me $800 off sticker. Obviously in this economy, some dealers are VERY flexible on pricing and trade-in value - they want to make the deal. Champion isn't one of them.

    I went to Champion on Saturday, cash in hand to buy a used truck/SUV. My sister had bought her minivan there and had nothing but great things to say about the place and the salesmen. I pulled in and started looking at a '99 Ford Explorer with a price of $3800.00. This salesman came up asked if I was from Kyle, when I told him no his attitude changed and he was very rude and snippy with me. I asked about the Explorer and with all the dents, torn/cracked interior (leather) and the big cigarette burn in the back of the passenger seat if they would take less then sticker for the truck. This man claimed that SUVs are a highly desired product that is in extremely short supply and they were asking well below blue book for it. I said that with the damage to the SUV it would rate as poor on KBB and left with the jerk salesman laughing at me. I called the manager this morning and told him about the salesman and was told this is a normal complaint about the man and that he would not be with the company any longer.

    Went in to look at a few Hybrids and hoped to pre order the Volt. They clearly had no idea on how to sell cars. Was made to wait 30 MINUTES before i could even talk to a Salesman. The salesman we got was very rude, he clearly could not explain the features of even the Malibu Hybrid, a model which is currently made. We hoped to leave our number so that we could be called when they finally Started taking orders on the Volt but the [violative content deleted] actually said "Dont Bother". Yeah right, i wont bother EVER coming back.
