by C Morris on 05/31/2023Not impressed. I had a problem with my AC. I got online and requested an appointment. They said I could bring it in within 2 hours. I was online and I chose the dealership that was closer to where I live because I requested a shuttle home.… I went to that dealership to drop it off and was told to take it to the other dealership that I had just passed about 4 miles back. I dropped it off and the phone system is awful in which I had to continually try to get updates because it was about 5 days before they even pulled it in. About 4 days later they worked on it and told me it was ready and I picked it up. It's still not working right.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Our General Manager would really like to help turn your experience around. Oil change
by Jennifer on 05/24/2023I called and made an appointment for 4:30 pm. When I arrived I was told that she couldn't find my appointment in the computer or even find me or my husband in the computer (we purchased the car there and have done oil changes there since… purchased). She checked and was able to get me in anyway. She asked if I wanted Air filter and cabin filter replaced. I told her only if they NEED it. After almost an hour and a half I asked how much longer and was told that they had ordered the filters and were waiting for them to arrive (this was 15 minutes before closing). I told her that I should have been asked if I wanted to wait for the filters to arrive or not. Then I was asked to bring my car back the next morning, and that I would receive a discount and a detail job for my trouble (terrible job). I did take my car back and the filters were replaced, I got my bill and was charged over $150.00 for filters and labor. I will not take my car back again, I will find another place for my oil changes.Hi Jennifer, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at Autonation Chevrolet Amarillo. Air Filter
by ByronJCI on 05/12/2023The previous service house neglected to change the air filter. When it became blocked this caused an lack of air to the turbocharger. The differential pressure popped an elbow in the turbocharger piping. The Team was able to diagnose the… issue, replaced the filter and reconnected the piping very quickly and got me back on my way.
