Silverado 1500 turn signal problem
Written by 08/23/2023
onWhen i scheduled service i was told they would diagnose and call me back the day i took it in. When i arrived i was told it would be 7 days before they even did diagnostics on the problem and i would have to leave my vehicle there on the lot to keep it in the que. I think that is ridiculous if you have to make an appointment you should get the vehicle right in for diagnostics and get it fixed. 7 to 14 day is ridiculous for a turn signal switch. That said i commend the service personel as they realized this is a work truck that cant be down that long and got it diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days.
