    I have had several experiences with this service department and with my service adviser, Coby Venhaus. Coby is great and keeps me informed on the repairs when applicable. The entire service staff do a great job performing service as well as repairs and always returned the auto to me in excellent condition, having been washed and cleaned inside also.

    I had a bad experience with another Cadillac dealership and Autonation in Amarillo is exactly what I would think Cadillac’s reputation is built on and expects. Autonation listens, cares and takes care of you and I’m so glad to have them available if needed.

  • Great service on my Cadillac XT5

    My initial problem was power locks not operating properly or at all. When I brought it in it was working so I didn't have high hopes that they would be able to troubleshoot the issue. A couple of days later they had found the issue and within another 24 - 36 hours had it fixed. I was very happy with the great job they did finding and resolving the issue so quickly.

    Wade was my rep he gave the most outstanding service I have ever had!!!!! I needed ashuttle which he provided my car had everything inspected and everything done that needed done !! One surprise and much appreciated was the wash job!!! Thank you each and everyone!!!

    The vehicle would not start, had it towed to Autonation Chevy/Cadillac in Amarillo. They identified the issue and replaced the damaged battery/relay/junction box. I had to fly in to pick up. They had a shuttle waiting to take me to the dealership. Excellence service.

    Took my truck in for an airbag recall; wasntold it would take about 4 hours. Got a call about 2 hours later that my truck was done and ready to go! Great service, very nice people and wat faster than was expected!

    Two and a half hours for an oil change? That's WITH an appointment made two days before. We have one or two more prepaid oil changes. After that, we won't be back.
