    I leased a 2015 Ford Focus. I found the overall experience okay. Everything ended up working out, but only after multiple mistakes were made with my paperwork. However, the manager went out of his way to compensate me with some free tanks of gas and free oil changes and I walked out a happy customer!

  • Would do business again, but show the discounts clearly in future!

    Overall, a good experience. However, when I was agreeing to the deal, I asked if I was getting all the discounts (friends and neighbors, $3,770), plus the Farm Bureau member promotion ($500). I was told "yes", but nowhere was I shown the discounts (which should have totaled about $4,270). When I left my first comment about this, I received a follow-up phone call/message from my salesman (Garrett, a person I would do business with again) stating that I did indeed get all discounts. I am now asking that I get something in writing that clearly shows my sales contract accurately reflects all discounts. Once I receive this, and providing it does show about $4300 in discounts, I will gladly bump all ratings up to the max ("10" on a scale of 1-10, 5 stars on a 1-5 rating scale).

    I purchased a 150 Lariat 4X4 Sport. The salesman Chris Weiland was very helpful and took the time to find the vehicle that was right for us. Wes in the financial department went over all of paperwork and didn't mind answering any questions we had. Everyone at Ford of Murfreesboro welcomed us and made us feel like family. We will definitely be purchasing our next truck with them.

    Initially I had purchased a red 2014 Ford Focus, for my fiancé. After signing the papers and going into the car a very strong smoke smell was found inside the car. I tried to drive it that weekend but the smell was overwhelming, I even spent money on different items trying to get rid of it. Nothing worked, and I didn't want to risk that exposure to my fiancé and if we have kids in the future. Upon taking the car back, we talked to the financial manager who provided excellent initial service to us getting the issue resolved. Through him, the sales manager and the salesman, we drove off completely satisfied with how the situation was handled.

  • The Truth about Ford of Murfreesboro

    I recently purchased a Competition Orange 2015 Mustang GT. Everyone here was competent, friendly, and more than willing to work hard to get me to the price and payments that I wanted. I enjoyed the "no pressure" environment that exists here (unlike many other dealerships). Zach (my super cool and professional salesman) kept in touch with me via email while I mulled things over for a few days. He informed me of upcoming promotions that I could take advantage of, and did NOT flood my inbox with useless info. He was also available whenever I had any questions for him, and replied to my emails in a timely manner. Everyone here is professional and courteous, and will work FOR you to ensure that YOU get the best deal possible. After getting the numbers that I wanted, Will (my finance manager) went to work on the financing and got me the lowest rate available. We inked the deal in less than 30 minutes. I gave them my trade, and I drove away happy, in my beautiful Mustang that I am loving wholeheartedly. I will definitely purchase future vehicles from Ford of Murfreesboro. If you are looking to purchase an exceptional vehicle at an exceptional price from exceptional people, then you have found the right place!

    I had excellent help in finding the car I liked. The salesman was very helpful. He didn't rush me and let me take as much time as I needed. I would deffinently recommend him to my family and friends. The staff was also friendly and very curious. In fact everyone was so helpful that I bought a 2015 Ford Focus.

    We had trouble figuring out where the trucks were with all the construction, but after asking we were quite surprised how many there were to pick from. I was not going to get a truck that day but with the team working with us to get to our price I could not pass it up. The whole process whet fretted smooth and with us having our grandson 4 and 9 that helped out a lot. I will and have already recommended going there

    I test drove & purchased my 2016 Ford Mustang at Murfreesboro Ford Dealership on Halloween day,2015. I love standard over automatics but the only Deep Impact Blue Metallic V6 Mustang on the lot that day was my soon to be automatic one.Your Sales Consultant was so well informed about my car. That was the difference. Before my finale decision I requested an opportunity too test drive a V6 manual Mustang. He made it happen and the driving experience was exactly as I had believed it would be, "Exciting & fun!". But Rousch had taken all of the blue ones and made Rousch Tangs out of them. So my 2nd test drive was in a silver, V6 manual, convertible. But the convertible had fewer options. Like I already said, your sales consultant sold your automatic too me. He answered all of my questions & all of my concerns with accurate, precise answers. I had no idea that a 2016 V6 auto Mustang would be so exciting & fun too drive! He knew every switch and every device in the car. And he instructed me how to correctly use each one. Two reasons I normally dislike automatics;(1) I get bored which makes me fall asleep behind the wheel and (2)accelerating into thick traffic moving at or above the speed limits on the interstate with most automatics makes me uneasy.(A stick rockets you into the slot your aiming for before you reach the speed limit.) Not my Mustang! Heck no. This baby can,"bring it" every time. I got more options and a very exciting car to keep me busy behind the wheel, while keeping my eyes on the road. He even synced up my smart phone before I drove off. Thank you Ford of Murfreesboro. You made my year.

    Nathan is our salesman. It all started with him. He did a great job. Jordan the sales Mgr was also a pleasure to work with. Chris in Finance did a great job too.   • Not Your Usual Car Buying Experience

    Ryan and Julia are an amazing team. We purchased an inexpensive, older, as-is, trade in truck from them in June. The truck had several problems that were not evident to them or us at the time of purchase. We did two different repairs on the truck. The third problem occurred out of town, AAA towed the truck to the nearest Ford dealer in the area. We contacted Ryan and told him what had happened. We told him that we were really not comfortable with that truck anymore. He and Julia immediately went to work to find us another truck from one of their sister dealerships. We did upgrade to an almost new Ford Certified vehicle, that we feel we got a great price on. David Lee really stepped up by giving us all of our money back on truck that was broken down in another city, that we bought AS-IS. As a result of the service we received from the Ford of Murfreesboro team, we just purchased another almost new certified vehicle from them.

    Gary Smith was very attentive and found me the perfect car within my budget! He didn't once try to pressure me into a car for his benefit , strictly my benefit and I appreciate that. He found me a 2016 Ford Fiesta for the same price I would have paid for a used car with thousands of mines on it. Life time warranty on the car , you cannot beat that! And a 4.9% interest rate for a college student ??? Wow! I was truly impressed and will refer Gary Smith to any and everyone I know!!!! Go Gary!
