Zach Bailey did a really great job. I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. I was a little overwhelmed by how many different options the Ford Escape had but once I figured out which options I wanted it was easy. Also, I feel like I got a really great deal. I'm very happy with my experience and most important - My New Car! Thank you!
