Service Decline
by T. Ingram on 04/13/2023I dropped my car off at 8a.m., for a 9a.m., appointment and my car was not even looked at till after 12p.m., simple service to have a tire replaced. What is the point of requesting an appointment, if the appointment time is not going to be… adhered to and customers physically waiting get priority. My car was left in disrepair by the technicians as they did not clean up behind themselves.Hello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Customer service decline
by T. Ingram on 03/06/2023I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for over 15 years as I bought my car brand new from this location. There has been a significant decline in the service over the years. I brought my car in for a regular scheduled oil change… and they neglected to inform me that my car was leaking oil, nor did they document it on any of my paperwork. The service tech., (Tony Heeg) did not call me one time to provide an update regarding my vehicle. I had to call several times for updates and he still did not return my calls. The service manager stepped in to help and provide information regarding my car. As noted, I have been bringing my car here for years and the service is nothing compared to what it used to be and I don't think that management at this location cares about the declining service department.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. WORST DEALERSHIP HANDS DOWN
by Unhappy on 02/25/2023This dealership took 35 days to perform warranty work on my truck, it took over two weeks before they even diagnosed the problem. Had it not been for GM Care getting involved they wouldn't have even offered to provide a courtesy vehicle.… Never once called me to keep me informed of the repair process, I always had to reach out to them to get updates. Messages left with the General Manager were never returned, he's such a clueless leader he didn't even know what a Component Coverage Letter was. Had it not been for GM Corporate getting involved I probably would still be without my truck.AutoNation Awesomeness

Service and fix
by argeda24 on 06/29/2018The AWD module got disconfigured and I had to pay to have it re-programmed. This is not covered by the warranty, it was not caused by lack or maintenance or misuse. It just stopped working. I had to call the dealer several times to request… updates, several times I was told I would get a call back but I only got a call back twice.Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. 2017 GMC 1500 SIERRA SLT SENSOR REPAIR

The vehicle had been in the repair shop due to an accident and the front bumper had to be… replaced. The sensors were not functioning properly - only to find the problem was due to an improper paint job - causing erroneous alerts...Thank you for your positive review.
