onI dropped my car off at 8a.m., for a 9a.m., appointment and my car was not even looked at till after 12p.m., simple service to have a tire replaced. What is the point of requesting an appointment, if the appointment time is not going to be adhered to and customers physically waiting get priority. My car was left in disrepair by the technicians as they did not clean up behind themselves.
