Dealership Service Review
I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for over 15 years as I bought my car brand new from this location. There has been a significant decline in the service over the years. I brought my car in for a regular scheduled oil change and they neglected to inform me that my car was leaking oil, nor did they document it on any of my paperwork. The service tech., (Tony Heeg) did not call me one time to provide an update regarding my vehicle. I had to call several times for updates and he still did not return my calls. The service manager stepped in to help and provide information regarding my car. As noted, I have been bringing my car here for years and the service is nothing compared to what it used to be and I don't think that management at this location cares about the declining service department.
