WORST DEALERSHIP HANDS DOWN

onThis dealership took 35 days to perform warranty work on my truck, it took over two weeks before they even diagnosed the problem. Had it not been for GM Care getting involved they wouldn't have even offered to provide a courtesy vehicle. Never once called me to keep me informed of the repair process, I always had to reach out to them to get updates. Messages left with the General Manager were never returned, he's such a clueless leader he didn't even know what a Component Coverage Letter was. Had it not been for GM Corporate getting involved I probably would still be without my truck.
