Purchased a 2025 Maverick - Hybrid - and so far loving it. Sales person was most accomodating and helpful. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for Ford car or truck.

2013 ford fusion purchase

They did not have the car we wanted but were quick to get it there and made sure it had… everything we were looking for. But this time we scored a salesman who listened when I told him… how much and where I drive, showed me the car I'd asked for, as well as the one I actually needed. Brilliant! I love my plug-in hybrid C-Max Energi. It suits my purposes perfectly and is really fun to drive. Even in Memphis. I had several conversations with Terry, my sales rep, and he handled all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. When I arrived at the dealership Terry had already located… the vehicles I wanted to see and compare, which made the experience quick. He was professional throughout and did an excellent job of providing program, rebate and financing information. Review of 2013 Lincoln MKT Purchase

We previously purchased a 2010 MKT and I was somewhat disappointed with the "pressure tactics" of the "Finance Guy." I subsequently purchased a used 2003 Mercury… Marauder and was impressed with the purchase in totality. So impressed that I decided to give it another try when it came time to "trade in" the 2010 MKT. What a very PLEASANT experience! From our interactions with the Sales Manager (Letzler .), our assigned Sales Representative (Noel) and even the Finance Guy (Joey), everything was completed professionally and with ABSOLUTELY no stress on our part. I was PARTICULARLY impressed with Les and Noel who seemed to go out of their way to ensure our experience was much better than the one we experienced when purchasing the 2010 MKT three years ago. They did Good and I will without hesitation return to Dobbs Ford the next time we are in the market for a product or service that they provide.Great experience!

While we were interested in safety and the Sync for hands free phone calls, our daughter was sold on the ambient lighting… inside the fiesta. She can change the colors inside the car. This made a great impression because we were not ready to do anything at that time. No pressure, but spent time with us to show cars and… explain differences. When we were ready, we ordered a Cmax Energi. Hayne and the dealership were honest with us stating that it would be some time before delivery - but - we had decided that that was the car for us. Hayne kept us posted throughout the wait and when it came in last week, Hayne made sure that everything was taken care of. The Cmax Energi is great!!!! Steve was super helpful in getting us an on-line quote, helping us find the right car that met our needs, but most of all with introducing us to all the new technology that is loaded… into this car. New technology can be very intimidating, but Steve helped us through the whole process. I love being able to use my phone in the car hands free now and my wife says the sound is great. She says it's not tinny sounding and you can't even tell I'm talking through the car. Steve also informed us that they offer free classes every Saturday which I plan to take advantage of. I highly recommend Steve and AutoNation.Joe, we are pleased to hear of you and your wife's experience with Steve.
